We can chat using Zoom, Google Meet or on the phone.

 

In this call we will get to know each other and I can answer any questions you may have. Understanding who you are and why you want to achieve change is a vital part of the process. If we determine we are a good fit and can move forward together you'll be sent a screening questionaire after the call.

After receiving your completed screening questionaire I'll email your welcome package and start designing a specific plan of action to start moving you towards your goals.

 

1-2 days after the call, you'll receive your personalized plan. We'll maintain regular communication through a blend of methods that suit your preferences and schedule as we move forward.

We'll continue to co-create a tailored nutrition and fitness plan while building healthy habits that seamlessly fits into your busy lifestyle. I'll provide you with detailed guidance, meal ideas, and exercise routines that align with your preferences and needs.

Throughout your journey, we'll have regular progress assessments to celebrate victories, troubleshoot any challenges, and fine-tune our strategies. I'll be your accountability partner, making sure you stay motivated and stay on track.
