As an Irish lad who moved to Florida with the hopes of surviving the alluring and omnipresent heat, I took my enthusiastic and jovial mindset with me to carve out a new life. I transitioned from a hopeful yet ultimately unfulfilling career in the enigmatical music industry to an impassioned desire to help people feel better about themselves.

Fitness has been a passion of mine since I was a teenager and through that I discovered my love of helping others. Before feeling comfortable to pursue coaching as a career, it was so important for me to compliment that passion with a deep comprehension of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, to truly empathize with others and confidently deliver the best possible advice I can. I strongly believe that fitness (and looking after your health) should be fun, feasible, and fulfilling!

In my early twenties I wanted to change how I felt about myself so I worked hard and not always smart to accomplish that. Now I'm in my thirties, so I know what it's like when commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle is challenged by aging and new responsibilities. That's why I believe a non-complicated and cohesive approach to building a solid foundation of realistic habits is paramount.

I relish the opportunity to meet and interact with new people, and work with them in accomplishing their goals, whatever they may be.
